Cerebral Palsy Midlands Registered Charity Number 529464
Our Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of Cerebral Palsy Midlands, providing oversight, strategic guidance and accountability for the organisation. The Trustees hold ultimate responsibility for ensuring the charity is well governed, financially sustainable and delivering the meaningful impact it was created to achieve for adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities within our day service.
Working closely with the CPM staff team, the Board helps shape the long-term direction of the charity, ensuring that our services remain relevant, inclusive and responsive to the needs of the people we support. Trustees are also responsible for ensuring the organisation meets its legal and regulatory responsibilities, including reporting to the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
Our Trustees generously give their time, expertise and professional insight voluntarily. Together they bring a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience from different sectors, whether that's a background in care, housing, charity work, or experience as parents and carers. Their role is to act in the best interests of the charity, helping Cerebral Palsy Midlands continue to grow, innovate, and make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities and the families we support.
