What is Cerebral Palsy Midlands?
Cerebral Palsy Midlands (CPM) is a registered charity and adult day service based in Harborne, Birmingham, supporting adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. We offer a safe, inclusive environment where our citizens can develop skills, explore new opportunities, and connect with others.
As a Care Support Worker at CPM, you’ll support adults with cerebral palsy to enjoy a safe, inclusive day, helping with personal care, activities, and enabling independence.
What are we looking for?
Full time position as a Care Support Worker working Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.30pm.
Desire to work in Health & Social Care supporting our adult citizens with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
Ideally looking for someone with a Health & Social Care Qualification, however if you’re passionate about caring and helping others, you’re the perfect candidate and we can offer support and training.
Assisting with personal care, mobility support, activity support, maintaining dignity and safety.
