We’re excited to announce that Beezee in Birmingham is running health and wellbeing sessions every Tuesday afternoon this summer at Cerebral Palsy Midlands.
Beezee is a free, friendly, healthy lifestyle and weight support programme designed specifically for adults with disabilities. Whether you’re looking to eat better, get more active, or feel more confident in your health journey, Beezee are here to help.
The sessions are led by our trailblazing, council-funded public health, award-winning team. Beezee in Birmingham has already supported over 1,000 disabled Birmingham citizens to make positive health changes. Since 2022, Beezee have been working alongside a network of disability partners across the city to deliver practical, inclusive health support that works.
Beezee in Birmingham is;
• Completely free to join
• Designed specifically for disabled adults
• Delivered by an experienced, Birmingham-based team
• Supported by over 20 fantastic disability partner organisations
