Celebrating Community Spirit: Thank You Friendship Circle Harborne
At Cerebral Palsy Midlands, we’re incredibly lucky to be supported by amazing people across our community and today we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you.
We are especially grateful to the Friendship Circle in Harborne, who have chosen Cerebral Palsy Midlands as its Charity of the Year. Your kindness and generosity truly mean the world to us.
The Friendship Circle is much more than a local group, it’s a warm, welcoming community that brings people together regularly to connect, share and enjoy each other’s company.
They meet in the Committee Room at St Faith & St Laurence Church in Harborne, on the 3rd Monday of every month at 2 pm.
Each session includes:
Friendly catch-ups and social time
Interesting guest talks on a range of subjects
Fun quizzes
Delicious meals and refreshments
It’s a wonderful example of how community spirit can create a supportive network where everyone feels included.
For further information about the Friendship Circle please contact Helen Hayward, her contact telephone number is 07940133941.
Making a Difference Together
What makes the Friendship Circle even more special is its tradition of selecting a different charity to support each year.
This commitment to helping others reflects the best values of our local community: compassion, togetherness, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
We are truly honoured that you have chosen to support Cerebral Palsy Midlands. We cannot thank you enough for helping us continue our work in supporting individuals living with cerebral palsy.
