Ever had problems getting your annual health check at your doctor’s? Have you asked for reasonable adjustments and not got them? Or have you never been invited to a health check? 

 

CASBA Advocacy is working with Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System (BSoL ICS) to make sure everybody who is entitled gets their health check each year from the doctor’s.
