Birmingham's Walk for Inclusion Sunday 8th June 2025 Start Time: 11:00 am | Event Closes: 3:00 pm Cannon Hill Park | Meeting Point: Bandstand 

What's it about? 

The Wheel’n’Walk is a fully accessible and inclusive sponsored walk event hosted by ten Wheel’n’Walk Charities and supported by our main sponsors Irwin Mitchell and Northfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme (NNS). This event is also supported by lots of other Community and support groups. 
Irwin Mitchell is proud to sponsor this inclusive event, Wheel’n’Walk 2025. Irwin Mitchell have provided refreshments, medals, goody bags, certificates & more. Their colleagues will be on hand on the day to offer legal assistance, advice and refreshments so do go see them. 
Northield Neighbourhod Network Scheme have funded our Mobile Changing Place Facility to ensure the event is fully accessible. 
Ways For Wellbeing CIC will be bringing some giant games for people taking part to enjoy. 
Arts Therapies UK will run two arts and crafts sessions for people taking part to enjoy. 
Birmingham Carers Hub will be hosting an information stall on the day. 
Forward Carers will also be present and hosting a stall on the day offering advice and support. 
FreeWheelin Dance UK will be leading our inclusive warm up at the start of our event. 
The Dhol Crew will be bringing their drumming energy after the inclusive warm up to get us all energised. 
RevoLOOtion will bring their Mobile hanging Place Facility for anyone that needs it and this will be set up by out Bandstand. 
St john's Ambulance will have fully trained First Aid members available should any accidents arise. 
Fitnniss CIC funded last years Wheel'n'Walk event and hosted our accessible warm up last year and this year will be hosting a stall. 
Blue Badgers is a membership subscription service dedicated to providing individuals with disabilities and their carers access to exclusive offers and benefits. they will be hosting a stall. 
Some of our refreshments have been funded by A F Blakemore.  
Ability Life Opportunities will be hosting a stall on the day.

✅ Enjoy art activities (Thanks to Art Therapies UK), face painting (Thanks to Irwin Mitchell), games (Thanks to Ways for Wellbeing CIC), mascots and refreshments thanks to Irwin Mitchell and AF Blakemore Foundation. 
FreeWheelin Dance and The Dhol Crew will boost our energy at the start and get us all warmed up ad ready to go. 
✅ Information Stalls with Forward Carers & Birmingham Carers Hub, Northfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme, Fitnniss CIC (Last year's sponsor), Ways for Wellbeing CIC and Art Therapies UK will host two workshops. Other stalls include Blue Badgers who offer individuals and thier carers exclusive benefits amd Ability Life Opportunities. 
✅ Come together with the community 
This year, ten local charities and causes are participating, raising vital funds to continue their work with children and adults with disabilities and complex needs.
