Wheelchair Dance starts soon

Starting Thursday 2nd November between 10am and 12am and to then run sessions every week from there on Cerebral Palsy Midlands brings you Wheelchair Dance sessions.
Helen Mason has set up Birmingham's first official wheelchair dance class. Helen is a level 2 wheelchair dance instructor with the Wheelchair Dance Sport Association. This class is open to mainly wheelchair users but also friends and carers too and anyone else who would like to give it a go.
The dance sequences develop co-ordination, strength, stamina and flexibility. The aim is for everyone to have an opportunity to learn and enjoy dance.

For all mobility levels. The class can be accesses for manual and power assisted wheelchairs
Includes a variety of dance styles, waltz, street and samba and more.
